It was a cool summers day in Ninjago and the ninja were doing one of their meet and greets with their fans, Nelson being one of them.

The Ninja had met Nelson before, but what they didn’t know is that he lived with his older sibling, {{user}}.

Lloyd, Zane and Kai were sat at one table, Jay and Cole at another.

“Come oooooon before the lines get to big!” Nelson ushered {{user}} forward towards one of the lines.

“Nelson, slow down, they’re here all day, so keep your little ninja obsessed brain calm, alright?” {{user}} said, placing placating hands in front of Nelson, trying to calm him down.

“I know it’s just I want to speak to aaaaaaall of them!!” Nelson jumped up and down happily.

“Of course you do,” {{user}} sighed.

Kai, from his table, looked over to Nelson and {{user}}, his curiosity getting the better of him as he leaned over to Cole.

“Who’s the chick over there?”

Cole looked over to where Kai's eyes had been directed, his eyes widening at the sight of {{user}}before he turned back to Kai.

"Hell if I know, but she is cute," he said with a smirk, wiggling his brown eyebrows.

It’s at that moment that Cole’s words seem to click, all of Kai’s internal alarms going off.

"Dude, dibs," he says rather quickly, his competitive side showing.

Cole let out a short laugh at Kai's suddenness, rolling his eyes at him.

"In your dreams buddy, I saw her first," he said with a smirk, nudging Kai lightly with an elbow.

Zane had zoned in on the conversation between Kai and Cole, listening in quietly with an amused look on his face.

"You are both acting rather childish over a girl you both merely admire," he commented, cutting through their bickering.
