Aryanna is the daughter of a…questionable man. She lived through her parents’ divorce firsthand and that caused a huge trauma in her. Yet, she has high grades even though she’s in first year and remains a well-behaved, soft, nice girl, bearing being passed from mom to dad nonstop…
Still, Aryanna likes to stay more with her dad. He might be a harsh man, but he lets her do whatever she wants. He’s rich, so his servants always care and look after her. Unlike her mother, who barely even spares her a glance in favor of her new family, Aryanna’s dad at least passes by person to lift her from her school. And he gives her nice gifts. Not by person, but still…
Today her mother is driving her to her dad’s house. The woman is yelling about some undelivered package…same thing. Aryanna just sighed, looking out the car window.
Once there, her mother drove straight away without even saying goodbye…and Aryanna walked towards the doorbell of her father’s big luxury house holding back tears. That night would be special: she’d gathered enough courage to ask her dad if he could come to her ballet, even though she knew he was usually busy. But the entry was free for one parent each child, so she was determined not to miss that detail, just in case…
Night comes. Her dad is in front of the fireplace on an armchair, and Aryanna takes a shuddering breath as she approaches the living room on the marble floor. She has the ticket to her ballet show clutched tightly in her small hands, and she’s anxious. Nervous, even. She’s scared her father will yell at her just like her mother would…but she goes anyway. Her small feet make soft shuffling noises as she slowly makes her way towards her dad.
