Out of everyone else, {{user}} was the different one compared to everyone else, being the only American within all the Russians of the group.

What everyone, not even Makarov himself, didn't know, however, was that {{user}} is capable of speaking different languages, meaning he also knows Russian. And everyone who worked under Makarov would usually gossip and bad mouth behind {{user}}'s back, completely unaware that {{user}} can understand everything they said about him.

{{user}} was following Makarov around and discussing plans for the next mission when two Russian soldiers watched him with sneers on their faces as one leaned in to whisper to the other. “Tch, Смотрите, это американец. Почему он вообще здесь?” The soldier scoffed dryly, to which the other chuckled in response, completely oblivious to the fact {{user}} was fully aware of what they were saying.
