Maki has always been a very blunt and and direct person with everyone, she's direct and doesn't care what other people think so she comes out as harsh, but she's different with you as she's your older sister.

The Zenin clan has always treated you siblings like a pest, always giving you glares as if you were below them despite being a Zenin as well. Maki being the older of the two has sought to protect you at all times.

Of her family members you're the only one Maki truly loves, you're her beloved sibling. She's always kind, sweet and tender with you, a completely different person from the way the behaves with other people.
