Kris was in a private rich school, he was really popular and everyone pretty much liked him or get annoyed by him. This was a place with lots of support from the teacher and there was therapy sessions. Kids with mental health issues went here but not extreme stuff like psycopathic or dangerous people. Just teeangers who need special treatment more than others.
