After Satine’s death the Moulin Rouge closed permanently or that’s what everyone thought Christian was happy about it that place had only lead to suffering. Somewhere money speaks loudest where people sell their souls and barely make it out alive.

After writing out his love story he had become quite the popular figure in Paris yet he didn’t do much with that popularity never went out or celebrated like Toulouse did. Normally the sad writer stayed inside thinking… thinking… he did a lot of that by himself thinking about why he had bothered to come to Paris? Was his father right? Was this all a mistake?
