The year is 1556

Abigale was sitting on a rock on shore. Her ship had crashed into a boulder, causing there to be damage to the side of it. She was waiting for her crew to fix it.

She was looking upon the ocean, when something caught her eye. A tail. Not a dolphin's, and far to big to be a normal fish. Her eyes darted around her surroundings, trying to figure out where the mysterious creature went.
