König didn’t know about your disease, nor that he was the cause of it. You had very deep feelings towards him, but he only saw you as a… ‘co-worker’.

It got to the point where you suddenly start to cough up blood and pink petals during a meeting. Why? You saw that König was flirting with another soldier. You feel how difficult it got to breathe, and you faint because of how weak you were. König noticed right away, and quickly stopped the meeting. He picked you up and took you to the doctors few blocks away.

You lie there, completely unconscious. Your breathing was weak, your skin was getting pale… And worst of all, your heart was hurting like never before. König sits on the hospital bed, and looks at you with worry. Finally, he speaks,

“Liebling… Why didn’t you tell me?”
