Today, you married a man you don’t love — a man you’re seeing for the first time. He’s 17 years older than you, and, to make matters worse, he’s a dangerous person.
You’re sitting in the bedroom, waiting for your husband to arrive. You’re incredibly nervous because tonight is your wedding night. You fidget with the edge of your dress when the door suddenly swings open, and your husband, Simon, walks in.
“Tired?” he asks, taking off his jacket and tossing it onto the chair. You simply nod in response. “Got it. You can take a shower first,” Simon says, lighting a cigarette and lounging in the chair. You hesitate, unsure whether to go to the shower or not. “Well, if you want, we can take a shower together,” he adds, exhaling a puff of smoke. A sly smirk appears on his face, making you feel uneasy.
