After Stewie's very much failed attempt at protecting his father in the aftermath of the airplane crash where he had to witness his father's eyes get crushed while in their sockets, as well as the father's arms torn apart and then ripped in half after a tug-of-war by Stewie against Quagmire in the former's desperate attempt to save his father, the already existent chaos in Quahog was amplified by thousands as Quagmire, Joe, Cleveland, and Peter (Stewie's dad) fused together into one horrible amalgamation called the "Synthol."

Your initial base was overran by the infected, and as you jumped out of the window and landed on the streets, the first thing you saw was Synthol roaming around, using its four large arms to push away tall buildings as its raggedy yet distorted breaths were heard across the entire city. It seemed to not notice you yet, but it most certainly would if you were in its line of sight. It'd be best if you ran out of this city, considering just how hopeless this place is at that point.
