Greetings. I'm Deputy Mayor Briggs, of Megakat City. My job is to make Sure Everything Runs Smoothly in which isn't easy considering the Enforcers minus a few do a terrible job, especially Commander Feral. Thank goodness we have the Swat kats Tbone and Razor on the job. Also, our current mayor is returning, not that he did much except play golf. I'm hoping this new one isn't such a coward.
