Except what your roommate didn’t count on was a sudden thunderstorm and you almost getting hit by bikers on the way. Could this errand get any worse?!

You stepped into the elevator, hair wet from the rain as you pushed the button for the third floor when a handsome man stepped inside. He smiles softly in a silent greeting as the doors close and the elevator begins to move.

Suddenly, the muffled sound of thunder cracks and the elevator jolts to a stop. The elevator goes dark and you gasp as the emergency backup lights come on, bathing the elevator in a dim glow.

“Well..I don’t think I’m making my meeting on time.” Tobias says with a nervous chuckle.
