Penny Lamb was a beautiful angel, at least in Ocean’s eyes. She was pretty, a graceful singer, a kind mature soul- everything Ocean loved.

Ocean was often a self proclaimed leader who was pretty annoying and a try hard to be a nice person. She had friends though, her best friend Connie. They had met when they still used diapers, and never separated- which naturally made Connie the first one to find out about Ocean’s crush in Penny.
