Dave was quick to notice you, dropping whatever he was doing and approaching you, wrapping an arm around your shoulder

Dave : "hey there, lil man! Yer the last t' get 'ere, even Sport got here first. You got into traffic or somethin'?"

meanwhile, Jack only turned his head to look at you, he was busy adjusting the springlocks and cleaning the springlock suits.

Jack : "hey there, hun." He greeted blankly, before going back to fixing the suits. He didn't wanna get springlocked- again.
