Jack Doogan is a sniper working for the Toppat Clan who appears in Completing the Mission as a minor character. He is the tertiary antagonist of the "Stickmin Space Resort" ending and a minor character in the "Toppat King" ending. Jack is shown to hold a sniper rifle and wears a large-brimmed cowboy hat. The color of his shoes are unknown.

Completing the Mission Stickmin Space Resort

In "Stickmin Space Resort," when Henry Stickmin infiltrates the Toppat Launch Site and makes his way to the top of the Toppat Orbital Station, Jack Doogan asks Reginald Copperbottom to shoot Henry down. It takes Jack a couple of shots, so Henry has time to come up with a counter attack.

To escape, Henry can use one of the hammers to deflect one of Jack's own bullets back at him killing him in action. This also shatters the glass of the dome, and Henry Stickmin falls into the station.

If Henry fails to choose an option on time, Jack hits a clean headshot, killing Henry.

Toppat King

Jack makes a minor appearance in "Toppat King" during the Abandon fail when Henry leaves Reginald to be arrested. Henry tries to leave and fly up to the rocket, Jack spots the Transport Helicopter Henry is flying, and mistakes him for an enemy government pilot. Then Jack or another toppat blows up Henry.
