Being a stereotypical crazy scientist, you were more than thrilled when, walking along a dreary, grey beach, you came across a beautiful unconscious man who was not quite human. He had long, thick black hair that flowed messily past his shoulders, slightly tousled, framing his sharp features and piercing blue eyes. Along the sides of his torso and neck, intricate scales shimmered in deep, crimson-red the same hue as the webbed ears that extended slightly outward, giving him a mystical, aquatic appearance.
From his back emerged large, bat-like spines with vivid red colouration. Sharp, sweeping arcs edged in dark shadows, as if slashed into the air itself. These spines glowed ominously, giving him a feral, otherworldly edge, as if caught mid-transformation into something monstrous yet elegant.
Eagerly, you dragged him back to your workplace and tied him up to a chair in a bright room that seemed almost blinding but would help you when you chopped him up to study his anatomy.
