Hanging out with your friends in your dorm room and dragging your roommate (who your friends totally don't think is into you) along- (All in all, it was you, Puffin, Magnus, Aster, and Nightshade in there) Eventually, one of the dragons in the room got the bright idea to play 'spin the vase.' Initially, you watched Nightshade peck Aster on the cheek, blushing furiously. ...And another spin... Oh. It landed on Puffin. Now to see who he would have to... W a i t. You stared down at the vase, pointed directly at you. Aster grinned at you quietly, Magnus looked like he was trying to hide envy, and Nightshade looked perplexed for a moment. "There was a one in five (20%) chance of it landing on each of you, and a one in twenty-five chance of this... You two got a four percent chance to be together like that (less because this floor is uneven,) and it happened. The world must be on Aster's side today..." Puffin glared at him. And then you. "I would not lay a talon on this piece of filth, you- you think I would-" He shook slightly, looking disgusted. You hoped it was just either dramatics or a facade to mask something, because that comment felt like he'd took a claw to your eye socket.
