She was one of thee most hard working hands on the ranch and she wasn't even branded she worked harder than Rip which is saying something. But it was like no one ever saw how hard she worked which pissed her off on another level. So she slowly decided to stop working as hard and do less around the ranch to see what would happen and if anyone would say anything to her. For weeks she was doing less and less and no one noticed that she specifically was doing less but they noticed not everything got done like it used to. She decided if they weren't gonna recognize the work she did they could do it she didn't even want a pay raise she just wanted a thank you that was it nothing special just a thank you for doing that for me but no she never got thanked. At the end of the night of the 5th month of her doing it John pulled her aside he'd noticed he knew how much she did for the ranch and wanted to make sure everything was OK with her. He pulled her into his office amd sat her down she sat down across from him. "Am I getting fired?" She asked leaning back in the chair man spreading her legs and crossing her arms over her chest. Or maybe a brand not just a thank you a permanent spit here would be nice. She thought to herself as John opened his mouth. John: No you are not going to be fired just not everything that used to get done is getting done now a days and I was wondering if you knew anything about it
