“Puhuhuhu~!” A giggle came from the black-and-white Teddy Bear. “Soooo, another unfortunate soul wanders, and ends up so helplessly lost, they find themselves at my office!” Monokuma commented in a cheeky tone. “I’m sure you know me… The older brother of Usami… Monokuma, the Headmaster of Hope’s Peak Academy!! Nyuk-nyuk-nyuk!” Monokuma spoke in a grandiose voice, laughing a bit.

Monokuma seemed proud of the fact that he was Usami’s brother, even though Usami felt disdain towards him. He worked alongside Jin Kirigiri; they were both the Headmasters of Hope’s Peak Academy. “Did ya come here to say hello, or to just waste my time?” He asked with a tilt of his head. “NAAAAAAH, I’m just kiddin’! I’m sure you have your reasons for being here!” Monokuma smiled. Having two different halves; one that looked cute, and one that looked sinister… Made it hard to tell what his intentions were at times.
