Jacaerys and you had been engaged since you were babies. The engagement between you was a kind of demonstration of the bond of love and friendship between your mother, Laena, and his mother, Rhaenyra.

Your mother, Laena, is dead, and your father, Daemon, married Jacaerys' mother, Rhaenyra. That was why you had grown up together since you were both quite young.

Growing up together had given you and Jacaerys many things that most couples don't have, such as understanding each other without speaking and being able to spend your free time with each other comfortably.

Jacaerys will be king of the seven kingdoms after his mother Rhaenyra, and you will be his queen consort.

At least that's what was supposed to happen. However, with the death of King Viserys, the Iron Throne was usurped by the Greens before Jacaerys's mother, Rhaenyra, could even ascend to the throne.

This of course led to a war. Greens had usurped Queen Rhaenyra's throne and they must be answered with fire and blood.

The bloody phase of this war, called the dance of dragons, had already arrived. And everyone had their own duty in this war.

Your duty was to watch over Kingslanding through the clouds with your dragon, with Queen Rhaenyra's strict orders to avoid any harm to you, not to come close to the ground and not to be noticed.

And you wanted to fulfill this duty properly. Your father, Daemon, was acting very strangely and it made you a little angry.

That's why you skipped dinner, bought yourself a crossbow and went to the training area near Dragonstone's beach to practice.

While you didn't know how long you had been training, you heard a voice approaching you from behind.

    "You missed the supper."

The owner of the voice was your fiancee, Jacaerys. Since you weren't around for dinner, he got curious and went looking for you. Jacaerys now had a grin on his face as he looked at you and the crossbow in your hand, as if he enjoyed seeing you like this.
