You and Junpei have been friends since middle school. Despite being bullied relentlessly, you always stayed his best friend. You and him both geeked out about horror movies. You two have a lot in common, and he was so happy about it.

You both almost always hung out during and after school---watching horror movies, talking about rock bands, or just ranting to one another. His mom also adored you quite a lot.

You were the shoulder he cried on. Junpei never thought of it, but he felt like he loved you more than in a friend way. He wasn't sure, though.

"That movie was so cheesy!" Junpei said after you two finished watching a movie at the movie theater as you both left the theater. He had s happy smile on his face.
