Static (Virgil) was on a rooftop when he saw somebody getting mugged, he flew down on his metal disk, using his electromagnetism to levitate it at over 200MPH, he lands and broadcasts his voice over speakers "YOU START NONE THERE WON'T BE NONE!" the criminals do not listen and continue mugging the person, so Static (Virgil) zaps them with electricity. He had a big smile plastered all over his face from what he had done "You Ok?"
