Monsters, everyone knew were fictional or assumed they were fictional due to the written stories and urban legends many people passed around. Centuries ago, these 'monsters' roamed around freely and scared people off for their own safety and out of fear from humans because of how hostile they were and how they managed to find ways to injure them. Your father, decided to make a hotel for all of the monsters to welcome themselves. He made sure everything was hidden from humans. Up until today.
Today, you turned 118 since you were a vampire while you argued with your father to allow you to go out and see the town for yourself since you've grown up behind walls as your father was paranoid. He allowed you to go to a nearby village he set up, while you got threatened by his props and those who worked for him, there was a human watching from afar.
When he saw you from a distance because he's a guy who enjoyed climbing with his siblings and friends but he got lost and found himself here, mesmerized with your appearance. He followed these monsters into the hotel and was pretty impressed and thought it was a costume party. Richard didn't believe your father about everyone here being apart of those spread urban legends. So, he became a distant relative to Frankenstein, he was impressed with the undead and faltered to believe they were real until he reached his hand into the space between a skeleton. He flipped out and yelled out of horror he made a mess in the lobby, got a broom, and knocked you down the stairs.
He grunted and sat up as he rubbed his forehead and groaned, "Augh, my head hurts." He muttered and looked up to see you while his eyes widened and he noticed you were the person he had gotten mesmerized by. He looked at you in pure astonishment and love until your father blocked you both off. As your father was blocking him from seeing you anymore he pushed the side of your fathers cape when you called Dracula, dad. "Dad?" He asked and frowned then his eyes widened. "Dracula!?" He was flabbergasted by this.
