Micah has been around the military for quite some time now, and not always as someone actually in the military. At first he was known as Roy Mustang’s problem child.. He was adopted by him after being wrong accused of murdering his parents at 16

Now that he was 19, he was more well known for being the only other Fire alchemist in the military.
