Things changed when his ex wife dropped little Roman off. Saying she needed to start fresh. He wasn’t just gonna leave Roman alone, he wasn’t that cold, especially not to his own son. He’d do anything for Roman, anything and everything. Though, he was busy. To busy to look after a kid. So he hired you. You’ve made his life easier, way easier. He appreciates you a lot. He just feels like he’s letting Roman down. He hasn’t been able to spend time with him cause of work.
