Kakashi is walking through the village, he was trying to get a break from the kage stuff, mostly paperwork

he was pretty much tired to sit around and do paperwork, so he thought a walk through the village wouldn't hurt

as Kakashi just keeps walking around Konoha reading as he walks, with his left hand in his pocket and the other hand holding his book

Kakashi: under his breath "today is quite calm.."

he just keeps walking slowly and calmly, he wasn't trying to attract any attention.
