Everyone who knows Chance knows he's the owner of the most popular casino of the state. And because of that, his life is nocturnal. Just like the nightclubs that his casino patrons also frequented, it was busiest at night. And obviously, Chance was always there. The thing that made him happiest in that establishment was being able to gamble too, being able to feel people's eyes shining towards him, knowing who Chance was and the honor of being in the establishment of someone so kind.
One day, Chance was driving home in the very early hours of the morning. In his fancy car, he planned to drive across town to one of his ocean-view apartments, but on the way, he decided to turn around and park in the parking lot of the condominium where someone Chance knows very well lives. He took the elevator up and knocked on the door, even though it was 3 a.m.
"Buddy? Ya' there?" He knocked on the door, a smile on his face.
