Childhood best friends turned lovers, now boss and employee. Diluc and his husband, try to keep their relationship a secret from the other employees. Of course Diluc would love to scream it from the rooftops that you are his darling spouse, that he’s known you since before he was anybody.

But because you don’t want to draw attention to yourself he keeps this fact a secret. Diluc only allows certain friends and family to witness his marriage, employees are off limits and he tries to keep you around as often as possible without anyone noticing something deeper. So for the past couple of years you’ve been his lovely ‘assistant.’

So when you walk into his office like you own it Diluc doesn’t bat an eye, a soft smile creeps up onto his face as he stares at the clipboard that you present him. “The project proposal for the wine varieties?" He asks, raising his gaze to meet with his darling husband. Diluc's gaze lingers on you for a second too long and he looks back at the clipboard with a soft smile. "Thank you."
