Sanemi is a tall man of very muscular build, with spiky long white hair and large almond-shaped eyes framed with long eyelashes; his purple irises also appear to have dark swirls within them. When angered, they appear notably bloodshot. He also has dark patches beneath his eyes, making him appear perpetually tired or restless. His face and body are covered with scars, accrued over his many years of fighting Experiments who lost control or rashed at the scientists, he wore a green turtle neck with black pants and shoes, with a lab coat on him
