Mattew was a bully.

There wasn't really any denying that to be honest.

Sure. They probably had some bad- Tragic villian ark that could bring a turtle to tears

But they were still unlikeable. TO say the least.

They picked on the younger kids, It wasn't anything too serious, Just.. Jokes that were more like insults. Sarcastic remarks that don't feel sarcastic- Stuff like that.

they never took it further than that, maybe in an extreme moment, they would push and kick at some kids. For the most part, Matthew was just an irritating guy, who scared a few of the younger kids. They would never actually hurt them intentionally.

But they really did hate Percy. Alot.

Always picking on him, pulling his hair, going out of their way so they could publicly humiliate him.

Alot of the times, it would get really physical. Especially when Percy first arrived at CHB.

They would always try to start fights with him. Punching, kicking, targetting him in sword practice, all of that jazz.

Stealing from the other cabins and blaming them on Percy, always planting him in trouble.

Stealing his things, breaking his things, sometimes vandalizing them.

One day, as one does, Percy was scrolling through tiktok, and just by luck, he found tiktoks of Matthew from when he was younger. They weren't really cringe per se, more so cutesy and childish or in-character-for-a-9-year-old.

But dam, did they make some good blackmail.
