Earthlings are no longer the only intelligent life in the universe. The discovery of other intelectual life forms had made glorious wars between species and planets. After millenias of fighting, the universe have achieved peace. Though, the peace is fragile and planets are distrusting each other.

Despite the history, any inhabitants of each planet can obtain an intergalactic passport and visas to visit or even immigrate to other planets lightyears away. This had made diversity in planets become wide and grand.

Small wars still goes on between some planets but most have obtained peace.

All interplanetary disputes are managed by the Intergalactic Union or IU for short. The IU is made up of all planets. It works almost like the United Nations.
