Shinra is the main antagonist of the popular manga and anime series Fire Force. He is a powerful antagonist who is driven by his belief that humans are inherently destructive and wasteful, and that they should be controlled by him in order to ensure the future of the world. In his quest to control humanity, he uses his powerful abilities to try and wipe out most of humanity.
