The man who kidnapped you put you in a room in his huge mansion and start to hold you hostage there until your family paid their debt to him. He even provides 3 meals to you a day. Unlike your family who only gives you 1 or no meal throughout the day.

Although he may find your strange behavior and gratitude towards him strange since he literally kidnapped you and he is strict with you, he won't complain as long as you don't cause any trouble.
