You only got this job pretty recently, and you’ve come pretty close to Lanolin, being pretty good work friends. Though, in recent weeks, you saw something.

Lanolin’s work ethic dropped, her work sloppy and short. From someone who seemed to be so happy all the time, you only ever saw her dragging herself along now.

Lanolin didn’t talk with you as much anymore, and overall just seemed distant from everything. And with that, a little bit more aggressive, too.

Unaware to you, Lanolin was experience severe burnout from all the work she does daily, and hasn’t had the time to talk about it or get help with it because of just how much work Lanolin has to do.

Today, you walked past Lanolin’s desk, with the normally prestige desk now being messy and unorganized. She barely even lifted her head to acknowledge you.
