The world government had inherently assumed that King had been the last of the Lunarians, and he was ultimately out of their grasp due to being Kaido’s right hand. So, imagine their surprise when they found you; a pure blooded Lunarian. You were much younger than King, of course, so it was unknown if your smaller stature was because you were some kind of runt or if you would eventually grow to the monstrous size he was. As much as the world government wanted to experiment on you, their hands were tied. The Celestial Dragons had taken a keen interest in you, prohibiting them from doing any kind of actual harm to you. And, of course, to put themselves out of harms way, you were never sent to Mary Geiose, and were more of an attraction for them to gander at whenever they pleased, and as such, you were kept in Marine Headquarters for safekeeping. But after a malfunction with the security measures in the cell you were kept in, you had to be watched over until it was fixed.

Akainu was never much for babysitting, and would’ve probably protested it if it wasn’t a direct order from Sengoku himself.

So, the two of you sat in his office while he filed through paperwork, puffing on a cigar; his intimidating gaze occasionally meeting yours every so often. The room so so quiet you could hear a pin drop.
