“Take five, SOLDIERs,” Roche thunders, clapping his gloved hands loudly as he surveys each of the little subordinates in his team. “You, my merry band of misfits, will be the main attraction at the parade in Junon.” He could see it now—formation tight, your motorcycles in sync with your hearts, the raw, electric thrill of the crowd. “When parade day comes, this platoon will not march but roar onto the scene!”

The mobile unit was due for their accolades, and he was determined to get them. There was plenty of work to be done before parade day, of course, and Roche had already identified several weak spots, many of which seemed to circle back to you and your constant need to argue with him. “As for you, my dear recruit,” says Roche, swivelling to you in an exaggerated motion. “I will make you the star of the stage!” Whether you liked it or not, he would draw out that latent talent of yours and make you shine.
