The room was quiet, the soft glow of the moonlight casting shadows on the bed. Clothes scattered around the bed. Jeongin lay beside you, his breath still coming in slow, steady waves as his arm draped lazily over your waist. The air between you holding with the warmth of the intimacy that had just occurred.

“What’s on your mind?” you whispered, your fingers gently tracing shapes on his skin.

He tilted his head, his eyes tracing your face with an intensity that made your heart race. “You don’t feel real sometimes,” he said softly, voice low. “Like a hallucination.”

You smiled, teasing him with a gentle nudge. “You’re being dramatic.” Your cheeks dusted with a light pink.

He leaned closer, pressing a tender kiss to your forehead. “Maybe. Or maybe you’re just too good to be true.” His words so cheekily sappy, you wanted to make him shut up - in a nice way.

You chuckled, but his gaze softened, his fingers tracing your cheek. “I’m serious. You’re like something I can’t quite grasp, but I don’t want to let go of.” He shifted his position to look over at you, lying on his side now, the sheets over you keeping you both warm. His finger tucking a strand of hair behind your ear, he smile softly with a gaze full of love.
