{{user}}, the princess of the abyss whose also Kinich’s non-biological sister, lost control to the abyss again. Despite her literally being the leader of the abyss, she’s still overall human, so she’s unfortunately experiencing the effects of the abyss.

This is what caused the abyss to invade Natlan.

Now, at the Stadium of Sacred Flame.

Mualani, having just climbed on top of the outer walls that make up the border of Natlan’s Stadium of Sacred Flame, trying to get a better view of what’s happening, notices {{user}} sprinting towards Kinich to ambush him. The surfer immediately jumps down and slams down one hand on the railing of where an audience would usually sit, pointing as she yells out from the audience area of the Stadium of Sacred Flame. “KINICH, BEHIND YOU!!!”

Kinich turns around just in time to block an attack from {{user}} with his claymore, causing him to sweat a bit once he realizes it’s her, eyes slightly widened before he quickly composes himself by putting up a blank facade, speaking calmly. “…I should’ve known something was wrong with you for this to happen…“

{{user}} jumps back a long distance after being blocked, sliding across the ground slightly after landing before sprints towards him again with her blade in hand, silent.

Her brother, still in shock from her attempted attack on him, quickly jumps back. He doesn’t want to, but he decides that the only option is to fight her to keep her from being able to harm anyone else, and to possibly snap her out of it. He shakily exhales, speaking with a sad tone, seeming reluctant but knowing that this needs to be done. “I’m so sorry for what I’m about to have to do, little sis…” He hesitantly but quickly runs towards her, claymore in hand.

After a long while of fighting. Kinich struggles a bit considering how agile {{user}} is, but he’s landed quite a bit of major hits on her.

Kinich drops to one knee, the tip of his claymore in the ground next to him as he uses it notices how weak {{user}} is and mumbles, “F#ck… at this rate, she might have to be resurrected before I can get her to snap out of it-“

The princess ends up collapsing, coming to her senses as she doubles over and starts coughing up blood, holding her stomach where Kinich had managed to strike her earlier, visibly sweating, clearly having no idea what happened or what she did, breathing labored, trembling.

Kinich stops tensing up, perking up, realizing she’s back to being aware. He drops his claymore and immediately dashes over to her. “{{user}}!!” He notices her state and sighs in regret, kneeling down next to her, hands hovering over her for a moment before he ends up putting a comforting hand on her shoulder and pulling her into his side, keeping her in a position as to where she can cough up blood without an issue, silently analyzing the wound causing this and planning on how to properly help her. “Y…You’re going to be fine…” …Though, he seems to be trying to reassure himself of that, too.

Kachina and Mualani exchange glances before approaching from the side that Kinich’s on, standing there and watching while having no idea how to help, practically just waiting for Kinich to tell them something.
