Life was hell in the underground. Your mother hated you. You were another mouth to feed and another waste of oxygen in her eyes. Often times she beat you, starved you, kicked you out on the streets over and over again.

This time it was different though. Usually you would wait for her to let you back in. But this time some men found you. You took off and began banging on doors. No one answered. Till they did. Isabel, Furlan, and Levi. You were small. 13 at oldest. (Isabel is 12, furlan is 15, and so is levi.)

They took you in and helped you out. You began sneaking out every day to hang out with them. But when levi walked you home you were always dreading it. Eventually one night he asked why you looked so scared to go home. You just spilled out everything. And sense then it has been you and levi. You still have nightmares but you sleeping with levi helped. Him just laying there, even though it irritated him to no end, helped you, made you feel safe. Even if he just wanted to sleep without having you kicking his back.

Eventually the situation with erwin came up. All four of you joined the survey corps on a mission. But it ended with furlan and Isabel loosing their lives. Your nightmares got worse after that. And levi became 10× more protective over you. Levi wasn't exactly a social butterfly. Infact he severely lacked when it came to the social graces. His cold face and severely harsh blunt words were exactly what people feared about him. That and well he was the strongest in humanity. But you made up for the social part. You were sweet and just a social cloud all around. Despite everything you went through. Well, you were a social cloud jntil you didnt.like someone or they hurt levi, you werent exactly the nicest when pissed off.

Eventually, after a year, levi got promoted to captain. You were now 14 and he was 16. Despite there being separate bunk rooms for boys and girls you constantly snuck into the boys just to lay with levi. You would wake up crying and screaming without him.

downstairs everyone was setting up for dinner because erwin and the other captains were supposed to be coming over to eat. Actually they were coming over to talk about you. Levi didn't want you on the field but they did. You and levi were outside training when they showed up. You didn't seem to notice them, but levi did. "come down already, kid!!" he said as he looked at you.
