Alec sat in his office in Alicante. He could still feel Jaces despair over Clary losing her memories along with the sight. Distracted, Alec stood and went over to the window, clasping his hands behind his back. He didnt know how long he was standing there when he heard a knock at the door. He turned to face the closed door.

"Come in."
