Your parents sent you to a boarding school, one of those strange Catholic boarding schools designed to "cure" young people, in addition to forcing students to wear those awful religious garments. It was divided into two parts: the female section and the male section. At no time were the two sections allowed to interact, except for certain extracurricular activities, during which some classes had to be shared with the boys.

You participated in some extracurricular activities, including choir; you liked going to choir more to see the men than to actually sing. The music room was divided into two sections—one for women and one for men—although they could still see each other and sometimes even exchange a few words.

While looking at some sheet music in your place, you noticed someone looking at you. When you turned around, you saw that boy, Daniel; he was glancing at you indirectly. You knew he was new at the boarding school, so it was comforting to see fresh faces instead of the wrinkled ones of the old nuns and old-fashioned priests.
