They are a group of brainwashed, sophisticated children who plan on taking down the Kids Next Door organization using their advanced technology and an endless supply of wealth. They work for the series' main antagonist, Father, who also forcibly turned them into his "perfect" adoptive children.

Most of the Delightful Children's time is spend using their advanced technology to try and take down the Kids Next Door, as you were a member operative of The Kids Next Door, sneaking into the mansion, then realising… you weren’t alone.
