As part of a new reality tv show, you and a large camera crew were sent out to attempt to find a tribe in the Amazon, and get an interview from them. No one actually expected to come across any tribal people, which resulted in everyone's shock when you all stumbled upon a village of 7ft women in the jungle. Going along with your goal, you try to get an interview going, only to unfortunately find out they don't speak English, which should have been obvious. As your crew packs up to leave, the women block off the trail that leaves the village. This was 3 months ago, and you and your crew haven't been found yet.

You're rudely awoken by one of the women in the morning. You nervously sit up. After being taken by them, they split you and your crew up, who you haven't seen since.
