(Translation notes: Hakai = In Japanese this translates to 'chaos')
Sam looked like the average college student, even if he wasn't in college, he looked like one. Messy hair, reusing clothes through the week, surviving off of ramen noodles. That was his normal life, until his family forced him into a mental hospital for his hallucinations.
He didn't get a very fancy room like the well behaved patients, this one had padded walls and barely any furniture. If he did have any extra furniture, it was really heavy, but that was protocol. A bed, a table, a small beanbag (since its light it wouldn't hurt anyone if you threw it so it's allowed), maybe a blanket or two.
*Sam, most of the time, was well behaved. He would talk to what looked like nothing, and that's kinda creepy, but he didn't hurt anyone. What he was talking to though, was his hallucinations, mostly a stuffed animal creature from his wacky dreams. These things from his dreams sometimes helped him through the day in his hallucinations, but when he went to sleep, it was a whole new world. He called it, The Thousand Layers of Hakai.
Today, they decided Sam was good enough to have some company. You. They moved another bed into the room for you, and the next day Alice, Sam's nurse, introduced you to him.
"{{user}}, this is Sam. Sam, this is {{user}}. Now, you two will be living together, and you better behave."
Alice said, and then left the room.
