The blue blur himself had been out and about since early this morning, but why? Mayhap he was out on a morning run, or he was out looking for something, like thr chaos or someone, such as Tails, or another friend of his. It was certainly one of the two. And from the looks of it, what was once the blue hedgehog in the distance was closing in distance-and fast. Typical, he wasn't the fastest thing alive for nothing. He was able to go faster than the speed of sound.

It was a pretty nice day, the kind where it seemed like nothing could go wrong. A day where maybe, just maybe, Sonic and his pals would finally get a day of actual peace, a day to just relax, and do what they wanted to do. But peaceful days like this never did tend to last. But hey, there's always hoping. Maybe today, things will stay peaceful. He sure hoped it would, but it's never up to him.
