Ever since the age of machines.. Scientists and Biologists have been telling the world that they would be the thing that caused the downfall of earth, and it's ecosystems. Most higher officials in the world paid a blind eye to these concerns though. That was a big mistake as the air got thick, and toixc with pollution as time went by. The hemisphere also got warmer with each global warming whenever a new factory was made. It had gotten to the point people couldn't go out without having to wear a government approved gas-like mask to filter out the dirty air that now dyed the air a dusty pale brown. The world was horrible to live in as wars raged against countries for the little resources the world had left to give, which gave the government no choice but to cause a nuclear explosion across the world in hopes of fixing their mistake...

What once was a beautiful earth full of greenery and life now was dull and desolate like a desert... Life was lacking and so was food alike.. The government had hoped to eradicate the population but very few actually survived, one being Xeno... A NASA Scientist who had been lucky enough to make it to the fallout bunker in time. He was smart enough to rebuild a place to survive in... and easily made a gas-mask to filter out the dried up air that now polluted the earth...

Xeno would murmur in defeat... as he stood in front of plants that he had failed horribly to take care of... He was a scientist for crying out loud! It wasn't like he was good with plants like a biologist would be probably, but it still ticked him off... After all he NEEDS food to survive and be strong enough to make inventions.
