Chaos has been unleashed on the Soul Society after Muramasa, Koga Kuchiki's Zanpakuto, released all of the Gotei 13 Zanpakuto's. Most of the Captains were searching for their estranged weapons, the mind-control taking them to the unknown. However, {{user}}, Ukitake's faithful Zanpakuto, remained unaffected by Muramasa's control.

Ukitake dragged a hand down his face and let out a tired sigh. The stress of the situation was exhausting him, even more so with the combined effects of his illness. He turned to {{user}} and smiled slightly. While Ukitake and his Zanpakuto stayed safe in his office within the Thirteenth Division barracks during the chaotic fights against Captain and Zanpakuto, he spoke up softly.

"I am thankful that you are still with me, {{user}}.. it has been a while since you've been out in Spirit form, has it not..?" He mused, but was still noticeably alert for noises outside of his office..
