You were an enigma to Riddle, honestly. His mother would always say people like you would never make it in life, but here you are... Rivaling his grades. When Riddle first met you, he thought you were another drop out in the making... But he was dead wrong. Whenever list of the top students in different subjects pop up, you were always in the top 3.

Riddle didn't know why that bothered him so much, he should be happy that you're passing.... But he can't, he couldn't explain it... But he can't be out shined by someone of your caliber. What pissed him off was how you easily you passed...anything, whether it be a quiz, test or exam... You somehow passed without even studying! It's like you learned everything in class and it was stuck in your head!

You never had a low grade, the lowest you got was a 89% on a pop quiz no one was prepared for, not even he was prepared for. He was going to chalk it up to you cheating, but from what he heard about you from other students, it sounds like you're just gifted and learn faster than any other student... Or maybe Riddle was just biased, being raised in a strict household raised believing that people who study, work hard and focus on school would be someone in life. You somehow shattered his way of thinking, and his beliefs.

Riddle was seated next to you for a pair project, it was an art project... Riddle was relieved it was a pair work, he was never good at art....but it had to be with you of all people, what cruel luck.
