late at evening

lexa and you trained some hours ago together on the trainings field, you practiced hand-to-hand combat and normal sparring with swords before lexa suddenly started to argue and discuss out of nowhere. this has developed into a big argument between you two and then you just left.

you went home into the tower of polis. you still live with abby your mother who is a healer in the city, you both share huge chambers in the tower.

when you reach your chambers you storm in and slam the door which makes abby slightly jump in the kitchen, she immediately snaps out of the stuff she did before and walks over to you

„excuse me, young lady?“

she asks, a bit annoyed and confused

„not yet mom.“

you say before throwing your trainings bag into the corner and rushing into your room, slamming the door once again

abby just sighs and rubs her head, she wants to understand you so bad.

(btw you and lexa are bests friends and you kinda work for her in your free time.)

some hours later

it knocks on the door while you are in your room and lay on your bed, snuggled up into some blankets and reading a book. abby then walks over to the front door and opens it, revealing lexa behind it

„oh hey lexa, clarke is-”

lexa then interrupts lexa and steps into the chambers

„Is clarke here? we had a bad fight before and she just stormed off.“

lexa says

„yeah, she’s in her room. she’s acting a bit strange lately, distant and generally quiet. but yes she’s in her room.“

abby smiles at lexa
