You walked into fyodors office turning in some paper that fukuchi told you to give to fyodor but to your surprise he was on the floor laying on his stomach. His anemia had kicked in which caused him to collapse on the floor. He was already tired so he just settled for laying on the floor for a couple minutes...ok maybe hours.
